Hello urgentclickers! I'm only new in this forum. I've been researching on the net for my Garage-Pro "LIGHT-WEIGHT" for my SUV which I recently purchased from JC whitney until such time that I came across with several review sites & obviously in this forum.

I am really wondering why my bill was $20 higher knowing that I only ordered $79 so they presented me a $99 receipt. When I found out, gosh! They have given me the wrong item. They gave me the Garage-Pro "HEAVY-WEIGHT" so now I clearly understand the $20 discrepancy of the amount. It really sucked for me you know, I expected a light cover for my SUV. If you were me, would you install a heavy-weight cover specially when it's too hot in your area LOLS!

Comments please... This experience just pisses me off! Seriously..

Same experience happened to me when I ordered the parts that I need online from them. I remember ordering 10k HIDs from JC Whitney but instead they delivered the 8K ones. That totally sucks!

I'm very this appointed with there after sales service, coz when i called them up for a warranty service they said that they don't have any stock any more honestly i want to sue the . Does anyone has any idea where are they located?

And I thought I was the only one with the similar experience!

I bought a radiator from them, expecting to get quality parts. But I was surprised to find myself with a bad part. So I called them up for a replacement and yet, they wouldn't exchange it! Isn't this against the law already?
