Voice out your opinions in this thread about this 3 Giant on-line shops. These three are the main players in the car shopping industry on-line.

I'll start first. Among these three, all of which have one common problem. That is the speed and quality of delivery. For example, I bought a shock absorber from auto parts ware house. The day after that, they delivered me a wrong part, a coil spring instead of a shock absorber. I called up their customer service and apologized for their failure. After 24 hrs., they delivered me the right part.

A week after, I tried to order at Auto anything a white seat cover. 5 Days later, I received my order, but they gave me a different color. I called their customer service, and instead of apologizing for their mistake, their agent scolded me more of raising his voice at me. Given the fact that have slow delivery services, why the heck did their customer service personnel treated me like that. After that, I talked to their superior and reported the said incident and promised it won't happen again. I expect actions to be done immediately. They delivered to me the right seat cover after a few weeks.

After that incident, I tried JC Whitney. Well, this time I ordered a catalytic converter. They delivered it to me correctly, but it took a long time for me to receive it. I think I got it a week after.

Given these three examples, I think all of which have problems in delivering its products to its valued customers. This problems are which these companies have to improve on for them to attract and keep it customers.

In my opinion, I'll rank the auto parts ware house as no. 1. Compared to the three examples, Auto parts ware house performed best.

Please share your opinions, state your example and specify the product that was bought. Keep it informative and civilized like educated people. Thanks.

i tried to purchase some auto parts from auto anything and auto parts warehouse. my experience in both companies are in extremes. haha. auto anything's customer service is somewhat non-existent. when i called them up to ask several questions before ordering, their customer service rep was so dull and stupid in auto parts. gawd, why do they hire those kind of people?

as with auto parts warehouse, their csr have been truly patient and informative. they never sounded like, "hurry up if youre gonna buy or just put down the phone if not coz youre just gonna waste my time", like auto anything. they really put on a high level in customer service.

I already had experiences ordering car parts from these three online shopping and all I can say is that only Auto Parts Warehouse can give remarkable service. They assist customers fairly. They deliver the orders on time and their website is so easy to navigate.

You also get to have free shipping too and some discounts! Where else can you have those but only in Auto Parts Warehouse! It's the online shopping where you could get quality car parts in low prices.

I'd say that I had a good experience with Auto Parts Ware House. But I would like to discuss something about Auto Anything. MEn, I had a bad experience with them. I felt like I got my ass whipped. You know what I mean. I never got my orders from them, plus their customer service sucks. They trying to say that I MADE THE MISTAKE NOT THEM. They said that I SHOULD STOP COMPLAINING AND JUST WAIT FOR MY ORDER. Well Hell with them. If that is the way they're gonna treat me, then I don't like to don't like to do business again. Never in my life that I received such treatment woth a customer service personnel. They should revamp their customer service personnel, or else.

I would like to describe Autoanything in two words. THEY SUCK!!!

They are highly NON-RECOMMEND. To my fellow pips out there, don't ever buy from Auto Anything. I just ordered a new Muffler for my Honda, and that's the treatment I get?? Just imagine if you guys buy from them too. Be cautious people. Better think twice of you're gonna buy from Auto Anything.

I'm back. I tried to shop on those three online store and I think I know the best performed during those times. I bought different parts from each website. From auto parts ware house, I bought a brake pad. Brake rotors from auto anything and brake calipers from JC whitney.

From the three, only one delivered well. That shop is the auto parts ware house. It was easy to choose the products from the website of the three, but it all came down to the delivery or operations per se.

Auto parts ware house delivered on time without any problems at all. I got my parts within one week. Auto anthing delivered three days late. But still I got the parts. JC whitney was the one that did not deliver my brake caliper. Until now I haven't received it. I called up their customer service, and they said there was just a little problem. They told me to wait for a couple of days more. Up to now, I'm still waiting.

Well, I'm back. It's been a while yah know. Well, back to the topic. I was just surfing the net in search for another online shop. Well, thats because I want to try other s that's all. Adventurous aren't I? I saw this partstrain.com. I just saved it to "my favorites" so as to use it in the near by future. Eventually, I tried it out. Ordered a catalytic converter ones for the mercedes that I was trying to fix with my friends Pierce and Jessica. It turned out to be A OK. As a first timer in that on-line shop, I was impressed with their service. I felt like it was a Hassle free and a problem free on-line shop. Only quite a few on-line shops have I encountered such great service. Definitely, I'll add this to my book og "great on-line shops" hehehe...

I bought a brake pad at JC whitney just last week. All I can is that they completely suck. They said it would arrive yesterday. Well, its already the day after yesterday which is today and I still have not received any parts. Where are they?? They said it will arrive soon!! How soon it is????

There is a website that I really like to buy from. This website is not even in the choices that you have given, not even ebay. It is the racepages.com. I like to buy from these website not only due to its service but the after sales service as well. I'll stick with this for a while though I haven't tried to buy from auto anything yet. All I can say, I like what I have right now.

i agree with kerpalavtar the services of JCwhitney completely sucks! i have a bad experience with this site i ordered tail lights from them they just dont know how to handle problems or atleast sympathize with customers im sorry but i just cant let go of this feeling i have for jcwhitney i hope they know what to do next time that's all..

jcwhitney.com simply not a place to be. im sorry but i had a bad experience about that site it so complicated and all. i just hate it! all i can say if they continue to run their services that way beleive me guys they're going down.

i agree with rogerrockmore! last week i ordered something from jcwhitney and i have a bad experience! everything is a disaster that's why i didn't continue with my inquiries i thought that jcwhitney is good but they proved me wrong i hate it!

My order was on backorder and never notified of it until I called 3 weeks later. waited 2 more weeks had to call again. after they gave me the runaround for the 2nd time, I canceled my order. nows it's been 2 more weeks and money has not been credited back on my credit card, and I'm still getting the run around with them. Overall spend the money to get the part at a local store and save yourself the hassle. JC whitney is a scam.

I'm very disappointed with their products and their service!

I'm not very familiar with cars so I need to contact their customer service to help me find what would be the appropriate car part to purchase. When I tried to call them, the agent was not helpful at all! I think he is not sure of the information that he is giving me and I had a hard time understanding him. After hours of conversation, finally I've decided on what specific product to purchase and repeated it to him to verify if he got the correct parts that I need.

Waited a couple of days, the product arrived on time but then, they delivered the wrong part!!! I got really frustrated about this incident, and I will never purchase on this store again.

Why not put all of these in reviews, it will surely help buyers a lot. I have experienced bad service and received wrong products from all of these 3 but I like auto parts warehouse the most.
Anyway, nice thread in here.

if i were to rate them out of 5, ill give them 2! i would not recommend this site to anyone I know. I ordered some tail lights for my New Beetle from this site, and the sales representative said that it would take two to three weeks for my order to arrive. I waited for a month, and still my order was nowhere to be found. I called and cancelled my order, and have been waiting for my money for around another month now. Seems they can't do anything right. what a system!

JC Whitney? Does it still exist? I've heard so many customers complaining about them. In fact, the many negative reviews and my own experiences are the ones that urge me to shift. I'm a happy customer now. Glad that there's Autopartswarehouse to the rescue. Autopartswarehouse does not only offer great deals on quality products. They also provide satisfaction with their customer service and deliveries.

worst service ever. unethical and brainless customer service representatives. plus the shipping took a lot of time, I did a lot of follow ups before I got my brake pads.
